Divine Sips is a luxury private bartending service that travels to your event. More than just experienced bartenders- we curate timeless moments with precision and attention to detail.

Divine Sips operates as a dry-hire service, meaning that state laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. While you supply the alcohol, we handle the rest– ensuring your guests enjoy expertly crafted beverages and exceptional service. We will fully guide you by creating a complete shopping list with everything you’ll need, as well as recommend stores that allow you to return any unopened alcohol you purchased.

Providing your own alcohol allows you to control your budget and avoid high mark-ups on alcoholic beverages!

1) Initial Inquiry

Reach out to us by submitting an inquiry. This step is all about sharing details about your event and aligning our expectations. We’ll offer the chance to schedule a call to discuss your vision for the perfect bar experience.

2) Customized Proposal

Based on the details you provide in your inquiry, we’ll create a package and provide a tailored proposal for your review. We also include the contract & payment all in one file- making it super effortless should you decide to move forward with our services.

3) Contract + Retainer Fee

Once you’re ready to move forward, you can review/sign the agreement & send the retainer fee. After completing these steps, your date will be secured, and Divine Sips will be officially booked for your special event!

4) Pre-event questionnaire

Planning in advance helps us make your event harmonious. About 30 days before your event, we’ll link you to our questionnaire to finalize event logistics along with exactly what beverages we’ll be serving at your special event.

If your event is coming up sooner than that, we’ll send it right away. This helps us understand your cocktail preferences, align our expectations, and clarify any remaining questions/changes.

5) Event Orchestration

The moment we’ve all been waiting for! We will arrive at the location 1-2 hours before our scheduled service time- this gives us ample time to make sure everything is beautifully and precisely set up and ready for you and your guests.
